At Souq Al-Arab  ,  customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day refund policy for customers in the UAE.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A refund request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products

  • Perishable goods

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
